Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, password credentials, and company name when you create an account.
• Billing information: subscription plan, billing address, transaction history and the last four digits of your payment method. Full card numbers are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Content you submit: product names, descriptions, target audience details, platform and tone selections, and any other prompts you enter into the generator.
• Generated output: the hooks, scripts and ad copy produced for your account.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, credits consumed, timestamps, referring URLs, and interaction events.
• Device and technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Support communications: messages you send through our contact form or by email.

• To provide, operate and maintain the AdBlum service and generate the outputs you request.
• To create and secure your account, authenticate you, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To process subscriptions, payments, renewals, refunds and chargebacks.
• To monitor usage, enforce credit limits, and improve output quality and platform reliability.
• To respond to support requests and send service, security and transactional notices.
• To send marketing communications where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

When you submit a prompt, the content is transmitted to third-party AI model providers that generate the requested output on our behalf. These providers act as our service providers and process the content solely to return a result to you. We do not sell your prompts or generated output, and we do not use your business content to train our own models. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card data, health information or trade secrets in prompts.

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: hosting, database, analytics, AI model, email and payment processing vendors bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, court order or a valid government request.
• Protection of rights: to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents or violations of our Terms.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand aggregate product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using core features. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for up to seven (7) years afterwards where required for tax, accounting and legal compliance. Prompts and generated output are retained while your account is active and deleted within thirty (30) days of account deletion, except where retention is legally required.

Depending on your state of residence — including California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas — you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose.
• Access a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share).
• Be free from discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise a right, email info@adblum.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify your request and respond within forty-five (45) days, with one permitted extension where necessary. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access control, and routine security review to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

AdBlum is not directed to children. The service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

AdBlum is operated from the United States and our infrastructure is located in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of your information in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-product notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
